Cape Town is far too generous with awesome weather, despite what non-Capetonians say. A short while ago, just after the shortest day this year, a group of us set out to do a hike around Kalk Bay, the Ou Kraal route from Old Boyes drive. The route we ended up taking was really fun and easy with some spectacular views. The route for those interested was starting at Ou Kraal entry point on Old Boyes drive, head up and then right, and basically just head to the nearest two cliff points, then straight back.
Great hike for fit and not fit alike, if run can be pretty strenuous. Take a look at the pics below if you need any more convincing :)
